Who we are

Weblox (“we”, “us”) is an Israel-based studio operating this website. If you contact us through the form on this site, or buy one of our products, we process the details you submit so we can respond to you or deliver what you've purchased.

Cookies and similar storage

We use only what is genuinely needed to run the site — no advertising, analytics, or social-media tracking.

  • Session cookie — Keeps the site working correctly (for example, showing a confirmation after you send a message) and helps protect against misuse. It's removed when you close your browser or after a limited time.
  • Remembering your cookie choice — If you close the cookie notice, we save that preference using your browser's local storage, not a cookie. It stays on your device, isn't sent to us, and simply stops the notice reappearing.
  • Checkout — If you open the "Buy now" checkout on our pricing page, our payment provider Paddle (and its own payment processors) may set its own cookies inside that checkout window to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. Those are governed by Paddle's privacy policy, not this one, and only apply if you open checkout.

Your acknowledgement. By continuing to browse or use this website, you acknowledge that we use cookies and similar storage as described above. Because we only use essential cookies, there is nothing further for you to switch off for this site to function.

Personal data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we may collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Company name (if you provide it)
  • Phone number (if you provide it)
  • Your message and any project details you choose to share

To respond and, where relevant, deliver the work, we share these details internally with our own CRM system, and with our email provider (Mailgun) to send you a confirmation. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell human visitors from bots when you submit the form, and error monitoring (Sentry) to catch bugs — both may briefly process technical data like your IP address as part of that. We do not sell your personal data.

To reduce spam and abuse, we limit how many times the contact form can be submitted from the same email address or connection in a single day.

Payments and purchases

Products on our pricing page are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record — meaning Paddle, not us, is the seller you're contracting with for the purchase itself, and handles billing, invoicing, and tax.

When you open checkout, Paddle collects and processes your email address, billing details, and payment information directly — your card details never reach our servers. We only receive confirmation that an order was placed, so we can deliver your product. We use your approximate location (from your network connection) to show prices in your local currency before checkout; this isn't stored by us. See Paddle's privacy policy for how they handle your data during and after checkout.

How we use and keep your information

We handle enquiry and order details because we need to respond to business messages and deliver what you've purchased. We keep your details only for as long as needed for that purpose, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, accounting records we're required to retain under Israeli law).

If you would like to know what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or have any other question about your personal data, please contact us through this website. Where data protection laws apply to you (including Israel's Privacy Protection Law or, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR), you may also be able to raise a concern with the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
