Refund policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
This policy covers one-time purchases made through our pricing page (Landing Page, CRM, Online Shop). Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for these purchases and handles billing, invoicing, and tax. Refunds, when due, are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method.
Your 14-day cancellation right
As an Israeli business selling at a distance, purchases here are subject to Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, which gives you the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of the transaction.
If we haven't started building your product yet, cancelling within this window gets you a full refund, no questions asked.
Once work has started
Each product is custom-built for you, and we typically start work shortly after purchase so we can deliver quickly. If you cancel after we've started but before the work is finished, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the work already completed from your refund, as permitted under the law referenced above.
Once your product has been fully delivered, or once the 14-day window has passed — whichever happens first — the purchase is final and no longer eligible for cancellation under this right.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the form on our homepage, or reply to any email you've received from us, and tell us which order you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm how much (if any) of your payment is refundable based on the work completed, and arrange the refund through Paddle.
Faulty or not-as-described work
The cancellation window above is separate from your rights if what we deliver doesn't match what was agreed. If that happens, tell us and we'll fix it or discuss a refund — this isn't limited to the 14-day window.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do.
